PERUZA together with experienced fisherman and Natural Resources Institute Finland (Luke) engaged in talks about finding new and better ways in fish processing.
PERUZA co-owner Roberts Dlohi has agreed with Luonnonvarakeskus program director Petri Suuronen to start pilot project intended to adapt smart innovations for improving quality in vendace, roach fish and perch processing.
Our task is to increase productivity and decrease need for manual processing operators. By adding a vision system to PERUZA pocket type nobbing machine we aim to increase capacity from 130 to up to 194 successfully processed fish per minute. PERUZA developed brand new gutting system allows to find application for yet unprocessed fish species and sizes.
