Fruit and vegetable washing machine by PERUZA automation processes up to 60 product units per hour. Operated by only 1 operator. Adjustable angle for higher quality washing.

About

The product is placed in a bath. When the equipment is turned on, the washer moves the product to the side of the table while washing it.

When the door is opened (if necessary) the product is spread on the table or, if necessary, the operator can manually wash the product with brushes.

On the table, the operator performs a visual inspection of the product and, if necessary, washes it.

From the table, the product is fed to the next machine.

How it works

Step #1

Arrival on product conveyor

Firstly, the products arrive onto the main product conveyor one by one in 1, 2 or more lanes.

Step #2

Passing through 3D recognition unit

Then the product is passed through 3D dimension recognition and weight calculation unit.

Step #3

Product placement into a tray or box

The program sends a signal to the robot with appropriate gripper to pick up and place the product into a tray or box to reach a set final weight range in packaging that can be adjusted in the user interface.
