Precise combination algorithm minimizes overweight in each batch, boosting both product yield and line capacity.

Process:
Products are infeeded on a conveyor in 1 or more lanes. They pass through a smart vision system and high-precision checkweigher that detect 3D dimensions and weight.

The system, driven by intelligent algorithms, instructs the robot to pick and place each item to the best package to ensure the target weight is met with minimal giveaway.

The intuitive interface allows quick access to product types, weight targets and insightful real-time reports. A smart outfeed system guarantees seamless performance and connects effortlessly with trays, boxes, bins, or thermoformers.
