Reduced Giveaway Line is designed for raw product automatic insertion into plastic trays, thermoformed packages or boxes by reaching specified final weight range.

Precise calculations reduces the giveaway of the product and increases the line capacity.

Reduced giveaway = reduced overweight for full package = increased profitability

Process:
The products arrive on main product conveyor one by one in 1, 2 or more lanes.

After passing through 3D dimension recognition and weight calculation unit, program sends signal to robot to pick it up and place it into a tray or box to reach previous set final weight range in packaging by reducing overweight with combinations algorithm.

Final weight range in packaging and current product type can be fast changed in a smart user interface.

How it works

Peruza Reduced Giveaway line allows for the raw product to arrive individually, be measured precisely and then automatically put into the right box or tray according to the set weight range.

Step #1

Arrival on product conveyor

Firstly, the products arrive onto the main product conveyor one by one in 1, 2 or more lanes.

Step #2

Passing through 3D recognition unit

Then the product is passed through 3D dimension recognition and weight calculation unit.

Step #3

Product placement into a tray or box

The program sends a signal to the robot with appropriate gripper to pick up and place the product into a tray or box to reach a set final weight range in packaging that can be adjusted in the user interface.
