About

Continuous brining line is developed for medium and high productivity process. Brining line ensures constant brining time and brining result.

Continuous Brining line reduces time needed for brining operation.

Continuous Brining line can be used in line with defrosting line and nobbing line.

Fish infeed can be manual or with another technological unit.

Product is being brined in a special, automatically prepared brining fluid. Constant brining time is assured by water flow and conveyor belt, which is moved at constant speed.

After predetermined time, product is conveyed out of the brining line to the next technological unit.

For device operation customer must provide electricity and drainage. Brining fluid is supplied from brining preparing unit which is separate unit.

How it works

Step #1

Arrival on product conveyor

Firstly, the products arrive onto the main product conveyor one by one in 1, 2 or more lanes.

Step #2

Passing through 3D recognition unit

Then the product is passed through 3D dimension recognition and weight calculation unit.

Step #3

Product placement into a tray or box

The program sends a signal to the robot with appropriate gripper to pick up and place the product into a tray or box to reach a set final weight range in packaging that can be adjusted in the user interface.
