PERUZA High Speed Palletizer streamlines the process effortlessly. Designed for robust and fast palletizing process. Swiftly palletise diverse transport packaging like boxes with high-speed precision- up to 30 boxes per minute. Effortlessly construct different layer configuration and arrange items onto pallets. Our user-friendly machine empowers customers to easily operate and fast customize.

Process:
Boxes arrive on the infeeding conveyor and their orientation is assessed using a predefined layer formula.

If necessary, a specialized turner adjusts their direction. Boxes are then systematically placed in rows on the palletizer, forming a complete layer.

Once a layer is complete, the boxes are gently compressed for efficiency and positioned atop the pallet. This efficient cycle then repeats seamlessly, ensuring optimal palletization with every step.

As a full pallet is created, it’s automatically transported for wrapping or pickup.

Simultaneously, a new empty pallet is supplied from the pallet dispenser, guaranteeing uninterrupted productivity.

How it works

Step #1

Arrival on product conveyor

Firstly, the products arrive onto the main product conveyor one by one in 1, 2 or more lanes.

Step #2

Passing through 3D recognition unit

Then the product is passed through 3D dimension recognition and weight calculation unit.

Step #3

Product placement into a tray or box

The program sends a signal to the robot with appropriate gripper to pick up and place the product into a tray or box to reach a set final weight range in packaging that can be adjusted in the user interface.
